Dr. Bob Fleming practiced dentistry in San Diego County for 20 years and received his real estate broker's license in 1986. Additionally, he earned a Professional Certification in Real Estate at U.C.S.D. Bob has been active in dental practice sales since 1990.

Mike Hostler has over 40 years of experience in the dental field in sales, office design and construction, and consulting. He holds a real estate license and has been active in the appraisal and sale of dental practices in San Diego County for the past 30 years.
